Java Software Engineer

About the company

We’re building a modern loyalty platform used at scale, and we’re looking for Java Engineers to help shape and grow our microservices architecture. There will also be the chance to use Kotlin on new future projects.

What you’ll do

• Build and evolve Java microservices using Spring Boot
• Design scalable, resilient services in a distributed environment
• Collaborate with product, QA and DevOps teams
• Write clean, testable, production-quality code

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience with Java
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot & Microservices
• Experience building REST APIs and working in cloud environments
• Comfortable in agile, collaborative teams

Nice to have

• Kotlin experience (not essential)
• Event-driven or reactive architecture exposure

Working pattern

• Hybrid: 3 days per week in London office
