Make sure to read the full description below, and please apply immediately if you are confident you meet all the requirements. A branding agency is looking for a junior-mid strategist to join their smart team.

The facts: You will help to build creative brand strategies for the agency’s clients. Working with the Strategy Director, you will develop brand positioning, carry out lots of research, find powerful insights and develop propositions.

You will be very visible in a small strategy team to support the brand thinking process and become an inspiration and great knowledge base for your sectors. You can work independently, but also want to learn from others that know a lot more.

You will have worked in a branding agency or client side as a researcher, analyst or junior strategist and you enjoy developing a good brand story.

You are a creative thinker and want to apply this thinking to creative outputs (brand creation, design, comms, campaigns). You love working with clients and designers and getting the brief right.

You need to be interested in different sectors and b2b and b2c strategy (it’s a real mix, with a slight bias on b2c).

This is freelance to start with and could be rolling long-term for the right fit.

Be thoughtful, fascinated in trends, brands, consumer and business behavior An independent thinker - not afraid to give a point of view, but you can also listen (and don’t always need to be right) Be client facing so you can talk through your ideas coherently Be good at writing Enjoy working with designers and helping them with their thinking.

Applicants must be living in and have the right to work in the UK. This is 2 - 3 days a week in the studio. You like to be in the team, contributing to the creative process.
