The restaurant prides itself on seasonal menus and fresh food, and is currently looking to push their food to the next level. The role would include progression to a Sous role with eventual growth. Have passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and creative menu development. Have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team. Have excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail. Be proactive, positive attitude with the ability to perform under pressure.
