Work with employers to identify roles for young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) that are a good match for their strengths and aspirations, providing coaching and guidance to interns within their workplaces and working with employers to ensure they have the skills and confidence to maintain employment after the end of the Supported Internship. This will include contributing to the achievement of learner outcomes and having a key role in their success. This role is 18 hours per week and 40 weeks per year.
