As a Job Search Coordinator, you'll play a transformational role in delivering job search support sessions. You'll ensure participants make quality applications tailored appropriately to enable them to gain sustainable employment , addressing complex and varied challenges along the way. What youll be doing: Deliver job search support sessions with participants ensuring they make quality job applications to gain sustainable employment Provide job search support, guiding participants to register on appropriate jobs boards and ensuring their digital profiles are up to date and visible to employers. Create job search sessions on our CRM system and promote within the team to ensure maximum attendance to sessions Meet and exceed all monthly performance targets and Key Performance Indicators, seeking feedback and input to continuously improve and deliver strong outcomes for our participants and commissioners.
