About the Role: We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Workers to join our team. Supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism. You will play a vital role in empowering individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives while promoting dignity, respect, and choice. Experience working with people with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism is desirable. However, we also welcome applicants without prior experience, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
