This is an excellent opportunity for a joinery-focused design professional who enjoys being involved in the technical side of projects while working closely with delivery teams to bring designs to life.The RoleYou will play a key role in supporting project delivery by developing and managing joinery design solutions, ensuring designs are technically sound, buildable and aligned with project requirements. Working closely with project managers and site teams, you will help unlock design challenges and provide practical solutions across a range of projects.Key ResponsibilitiesProducing joinery design drawings and technical detailsUsing CAD software to develop and coordinate joinery designsSupporting project managers with design coordinationDeveloping practical and buildable joinery solutionsReviewing drawings and resolving technical design issuesLiaising with site teams, suppliers and subcontractorsSupporting the design process from concept through to installationCandidate RequirementsStrong joinery design or CAD draughting experienceBackground within joinery, carpentry or specialist subcontractingStrong technical understanding of joinery design and constructionAbility to produce accurate CAD drawingsProblem-solving mindset with the ability to develop practical solutionsStrong communication and coordination skillsCandidates from smaller joinery businesses or specialist subcontractors will also be considered, provided they have strong hands-on joinery design experience.The OpportunityThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and ambitious business that values people who want to develop and grow alongside the company.
