Joinery Estimator
Salary: Up to £60,000 + Package


Overview

A well-established joinery and fit-out business is looking to bring in an experienced Joinery Estimator to support their pre-construction team.

Youll be responsible for producing accurate costings on bespoke joinery projects, working closely with internal teams and clients from enquiry through to handover.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed estimates for bespoke joinery and Interior fit-out projects
  • Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents
  • Carry out take-offs and price materials, labour, and time
  • Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations
  • Identify risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost savings
  • Liaise with design and project teams to ensure accurate pricing
  • Support tender submissions and project handovers


Requirements


  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Joinery Estimator
  • Strong knowledge of bespoke joinery and materials
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Good commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel and estimating tools


Desirable


  • Experience on high-end residential or commercial joinery projects
  • Background working closely with workshop / manufacturing teams
