Junior Account Manager – Fashion Manufacturing

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £35,000 + bonus + benefits

A well-established fashion design and manufacturing business is recruiting a Junior Account Manager to support the day-to-day management of key customer accounts.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who perhaps has been working for a couple of years in a production , merchandise ( supply ) or sales support role in a fashion supplier who is looking to develop their career in account management within a fast-paced, commercial setting.

The Role

As Junior Account Manager, you will support Senior Account Managers and the wider sales team in delivering products from initial brief through to order placement and final delivery. You will play a key role in managing critical paths, coordinating samples and approvals, and ensuring accurate information flow across internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Support Senior Account Managers and Merchandisers with the management of key customer accounts

Build strong internal relationships to assist with departmental planning and execution

Raise and manage customer purchase orders, ensuring internal systems are accurately maintained

Prepare for customer meetings, including range sheets, status updates, and sample rails/boards

Action order sheets, carry out PO checks and reconciliations

Manage critical paths, liaising with factories, logistics, QA and technical teams to meet deadlines

Coordinate samples, lab dips, strike-offs and approvals

Analyse data to identify potential opportunities or product gaps

Support onboarding of new accounts and attend meetings or trade shows where required

Work closely with merchandising and production teams to ensure margin targets are achieved

About you ( The list of must haves to be shortlisted )

Recent and grounded experience in a Women's fashion supplier ideally within production , sales or account support

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, costings, lead times and critical path management

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills

Comfortable supporting multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in relevant systems (e.g. PLM or order management systems)

Commutable to London and eligible to work in the UK
