Your Role

As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll sit at the centre of client growth and retention.

You’ll:

  • Manage and develop relationships across an existing portfolio of B2B client accounts
  • Support senior account managers on larger, high-profile brand partnerships
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Conduct regular client check-ins to strengthen relationships and uncover new needs
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations and customer success teams
  • Support renewal conversations and contribute to revenue growth
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track account activity
