Beef & Bass is a contemporary restaurant in the heart of Chelsea, specialising in high-quality beef and seabass, expertly prepared over a charcoal grill in our open kitchen. Our concept is focused and ingredient-led, showcasing precision cooking, bold flavours, and the theatre of live-fire preparation in a vibrant dining setting.
We are now seeking a skilled, confident, and service-driven Bartender to join our front-of-house team.
The Role
As Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality beverage experience that complements our food offering. You will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks efficiently while maintaining exceptional guest engagement and upholding service standards.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy restaurant environment, takes pride in their craft, and understands the importance of speed, consistency, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, spirits, beers, and soft drinks to a high standard
Maintaining excellent product knowledge of our drinks menu
Delivering friendly, attentive, and professional service at all times
Ensuring the bar area is clean, organised, and fully stocked
Working closely with the floor team to ensure smooth service
Handling payments accurately and responsibly
Adhering to licensing laws and health & safety regulations
What Were Looking For
Previous experience as a Bartender in a busy London restaurant or bar
Strong cocktail knowledge and confidence in classic drink preparation
Excellent communication and guest service skills
Professional, well-presented, and team-oriented
Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
Good understanding of wines and spirits (advantageous)
Fluent English required
