This position will be full time office based at the start (training, onboarding), then move to hybrid working with 3 days (Mon, Wed, Thur typically) from our office in Aldgate.

Reporting to the Global Bid Manager, you will support our sales teams in creating compelling pitches, managing RFx responses, and ensuring tender processes run smoothly. Working across multiple regions and brands, you will help shape bid strategy, coordinate input from internal teams, and deliver clear, high‑quality tender responses that reflect the company tone and standards.

As Junior Bid Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Co‑own bids from qualification through submission, supporting bid strategy and go/no‑go decisions.
  • Coordinate with senior sales stakeholders across Europe, the UK & Nordics, the US, and JAPAC to clarify requirements, manage timelines, and ensure expectations are clear.
  • Gather accurate information from internal teams (Legal, Finance, Sales, Compliance, L&D, Marketing, Operations, IT/Privacy, ESG) and translate it into clear, concise tender responses that match TRG’s tone and brand.
  • Prepare and complete tender forms, questionnaires, onboarding documents, and compliance requests.
  • Maintain and update bid content, templates, and standard documentation.
  • Work with sales teams to identify and prepare for upcoming opportunities.
  • Support document formatting, version control, deadlines, and final quality checks.
  • Contribute to continuously improving bid processes, documentation standards, and team efficiency.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail. High standard of written English, and preferably a second language (German ideal, but not essential), as well as editing and proofreading experience are helpful.
  • Able to produce persuasive, structured proposal content with a strong narrative.
  • Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once, structure information clearly and work efficiently under deadlines.
  • Creation and design skills, both in writing content as well as visual representation.
  • Comfortable asking questions, spotting gaps, and seeking the information needed to get a job done.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and build positive working relationships.
  • A tech‑savvy mindset with curiosity for improving how we work. This includes learning our bid processes, systems, and tools, and helping to identify new tools and more efficient ways of working.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects / activities simultaneously to meet deadlines.
  • Previous bid experience not essential, however having experience within a fast paced, global business support role, or recruitment/sales would be a benefit.
