We’re recruiting for a Freelance Junior Business Analyst to join a leading creative and media organisation on a 3-month contract starting in January. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their analytics career who wants hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role operates inside IR35, through an umbrella company and offers hybrid working with 3 days a week onsite and two days working from home.

What You’ll Do

• Support data analysis, reporting and process improvement projects.
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver clear insights.
• Maintain and enhance Excel models and dashboards.
• Provide user support and training on reporting tools.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in an analytical or reporting-focused role.
• Strong Excel skills (Power Query a bonus).
• Good understanding of finance concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to work on-site 3 days per week (Mon, Tue, Thu).

Nice to Have

• SAP / Ariba experience
• SQL skills
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Power Automate
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI
• Background in creative, media or marketing environments
