What You'll Be Doing

In this varied, hands-on commercial role, you will:

Follow up inbound enquiries, warm leads and customer requests quickly and professionally
Maintain regular contact with existing customers to support retention and spot opportunities
Support the Senior Sales Executive with pipeline management and account development
Assist with preparing proposals, presentations and meeting materials
Attend selected customer visits alongside the Senior Sales Executive
Play an active role in marketing activities and support new product development
Represent JCS Fish at trade shows, building relationships and raising our brand profile
Record and track all customer interactions in our CRM system
Keep customer data up to date to ensure a high-quality database
Work closely with the Director and Sales Manager to support your development and progression

About You

Essential

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Confident and professional via phone and email
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable using digital tools and platforms

Desirable

Experience in sales support, customer service, or business development
Familiarity with CRM systems
Interest in marketing, branding or social media
Exposure to seafood, FMCG, or food manufacturing environments
