Junior Client Manager Practice Based | £35,000 £40,000 DOE | Stafford | Hybrid + Flexitime Im working exclusively with a well-established and growing accountancy practice in Stafford that is looking to appoint a Junior Client Manager . This is an ideal role for a recently qualified accountant (ACCA/ICAEW) with experience in practice who is ready to take the next step in their career. The role offers direct client contact, involvement in tax planning, and progression toward a full Client Manager position. Youll join a supportive, technically strong team that values accuracy, initiative, and long-term development. The Role As Junior Client Manager, your responsibilities will include: Acting as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, handling day-to-day queries and supporting general tax planning in collaboration with the partners. Reviewing accounts prepared by junior staff to ensure accuracy and compliance. Liaising directly with clients to resolve queries and finalise accounts. Reviewing VAT returns and self-assessment tax returns prepared by in-house teams. Supporting and mentoring junior staff members.
