Job Title: Junior Contract Manager
Location: Bristol & Gloucester (Main Office in Bristol)
Salary: Up to £43,000

We are looking for a Junior Contract Manager to join a leading Facilities Management company, overseeing a commercial portfolio across Bristol and Gloucester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer or supervisor looking to progress into management, offering strong support, development, and clear career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support a team of five engineers across multiple commercial sites

Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring high service standards

Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth contract delivery

Conduct site audits, compliance checks, and manage health & safety procedures

Assist with scheduling, work allocation, and performance management of engineers

Liaise with subcontractors and manage procurement of materials as needed

About You:
Background in Electrical or Mechanical engineering within Facilities Management

Experience in a supervisory, senior engineering, or team-leading capacity

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Familiarity with PPM and reactive maintenance environments

Full UK driving licence (essential)

Desirable Qualifications/Experience:
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Previous exposure to contract coordination or management responsibilities
