The Opportunity
On behalf of our client, a well-established Facilities Management provider based in the City, we are recruiting for a Junior Contract Support to join their growing team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the FM industry, working in a professional, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Providing day-to-day administrative support to contract managers
Assisting with the preparation of reports, documentation, and client packs
Raising and processing purchase orders and invoices
Maintaining accurate records on internal systems
Supporting compliance, H&S, and contract documentation
Liaising with suppliers, engineers, and internal stakeholders
Handling general office administration and ad-hoc support duties
The Ideal Candidate
Previous administrative experience (FM or property sector desirable but not essential)
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Eager to learn and develop within the Facilities Management sector
Ability to work effectively in a busy, office-based environment
