Purpose of Role To support the Technical Lead in developing, maintaining, and optimising digital solutions for our clients, with a focus on C# development and integration into ContentHub. The Junior Developer will learn and apply best practices in coding, testing, and deployment, while working alongside experienced developers to deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions. Key Accountabilities Development and Implementation Assist in developing new features, enhancements, and integrations using C# and .NET frameworks. Support the configuration, customisation, and optimisation of Sitecore ContentHub under guidance. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following internal coding standards. Participate in code reviews and learn from constructive feedback. Testing and Quality Assurance Support the creation and execution of unit tests and integration tests. Help troubleshoot and debug issues in development, staging, and production environments. Follow QA processes to ensure solutions meet functional and performance requirements. Collaboration and Learning

Work closely with other developers, designers, and project managers to deliver client projects. Actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and technical workshops. Develop skills in ContentHub through structured training and real project work. Documentation and Support Assist in preparing technical documentation for internal and client use.
