What youll be doingSupport the estimating team on commercial and industrial electrical construction projects. Youll help prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for projects such as office buildings, retail facilities, manufacturing plants and distribution centres.
Review drawings and specifications for completeness and accuracy, giving you a deeper understanding of how projects are priced and planned. Its a hands-on way to build your technical knowledge while working alongside experienced estimators who will guide you through it.
What youll need- Some experience in building services, so youre familiar with the basics
- Electrical engineering knowledge to understand how systems are designed and installed
- Interest in estimating or commercial work this is where youll get your start
