Junior Electrical Project Manager\n\nCommercial & Retail Projects | Midlands-Based\n\nA well-established, family-run Electrical contractor is looking to appoint a Junior Electrical Project Manager to support the delivery of projects across the Midlands.\n\nThis role is ideal for someone looking to step up from a Supervisor, Site Manager, or Assistant Project Manager position and develop a long-term career in electrical project management. Projects include commercial and retail refurbishments, working with an experienced management team who will provide training and support.\n\nThe Role:\n\nYou will work alongside Senior Project and Contracts Managers, gaining hands-on experience across all stages of project delivery.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\n * \n\n Supporting the management of electrical projects from pre-start through to completion\n\n * \n\n Assisting with programme planning, labour coordination, and procurement\n\n * \n\n Attending site meetings and liaising with clients, main contractors, and suppliers\n\n * \n\n Monitoring progress, quality, and health & safety on site\n\n * \n\n Supporting variations, valuations, and project reporting\n\n * \n\n Assisting with handover, testing, and final documentation\n\nRequirements:\n\n * \n\n Background in electrical installation or site management\n\n * \n\n Experience on commercial and/or retail projects\n\n * \n\n Keen to progress into a Project Management role\n\n * \n\n Strong organisational and communication skills\n\n * \n\n Willingness to learn and take responsibility\n\n * \n\n SMSTS / SSSTS or working towards ()\n\n * \n\n Full UK driving licence\n\nWhat’s on Offer:\n\n * \n\n Excellent opportunity for career progression\n\n * \n\n Full training and mentoring from senior management\n\n * \n\n Competitive salary depending on experience\n\n * \n\n Company vehicle or allowance\n\n * \n\n Stable role within a well-established, family-run business\n\n * \n\n Midlands-based projects (no excessive travel)\n\nThis is a great opportunity for a motivated individual looking to step into project management, gain exposure to quality projects, and build a long-term career within a supportive contractor
