Exciting Estimator opportunity with real autonomy and fast progression route into Estimating Manager - join a growing construction office backed by a global business, where you'll take ownership of live pricing work with ongoing specialist training and clear progression from the start.
This Estimator role places you at the centre of a developing Cookstown team, pricing construction enquiries while helping shape how estimating is delivered locally. You'll work closely with project staff in a collaborative environment, building responsibility, influence, and fast progression opportunities.
Structured onboarding includes training visits to the Midlands (UK) during probation to develop full product and system knowledge.
The Role
Produce take-offs and quotations from drawings and specifications
Manage pricing enquiries, variations, and scope clarification
Liaise with contractors and internal project teams
Prepare handover packs for delivery teams
Maintain accurate estimating pipeline and pricing records
About You
Experience as an Estimator or Construction Estimator / Design Engineer
Confident reading construction drawings
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced office
