Are you looking to kickstart your career as an Estimator with a well-established joinery company offering specialised training from Senior team members?
Do you have an understanding of the Construction industry and want to progress your career into an Estimator within a rapidly growing company, known for their excellent staff retention?
This company, established 40+ years ago have since grown rapidly, they specialise in Joinery projects across the Residential and Commercial sectors, and due to the retirement of their existing Estimator, they are looking to add a Trainee to their team who can develop within the business.
In this varied role you will receive one on one training within a specialist field. You will be involved in pricing for work, ordering materials, creating drawings and liaising with clients. You will receive training of design principles, with company funded training courses for ongoing development.
This role would suit someone with an understanding of the Construction industry, looking to join a rapidly growing company offering specialist training and progression opportunities.
The Role:
