FJA are recruiting on behalf of a UK-based company specialising in building and construction services for an experienced Junior Estimator/Estimator.

Supporting the estimating team in producing high-quality, accurate estimates. Pricing from first principles and comparing subcontractor quotes, presented in a clear, logical, and analytical format for both new build and refurbishment projects. Preparing tender packages, obtaining subcontractor quotations, completing accurate take-offs, and producing detailed pricing breakdowns. Use Conquest Estimating Software as part of the estimating process (training provided if required). Attending Tender Handover meetings with the Pre-Construction Director to the Commercial/Site Team. Production of site files for successful tenders and issuing to the Site Team. General administration duties within the estimating department.
