This role sits within an established FPGA engineering team supporting performance-critical trading systems. The position offers hands-on exposure across the full FPGA development lifecycle, working closely with software engineers and trading stakeholders to deliver production-ready solutions. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, implementation, testing, and integration of FPGA applications, gaining experience in low-latency systems while building a strong foundation within a collaborative engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities Work alongside software engineers and trading teams to design and deploy FPGA solutions across trading platforms Deliver FPGA applications end-to-end, including RTL design, synthesis, place & route, and static timing analysis Develop and maintain shared testing and validation frameworks Support FPGA–software integration by building APIs and optimising interfaces Identify and propose practical solutions to FPGA, hardware, and system-level constraints
