Key Responsibilities
- Support HR Partners in delivering core HR services across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding processes
- Act as a first point of contact for routine HR queries, providing accurate policy guidance and escalating complex cases when needed
- Handle routine HR cases and lifecycle administration with a strong focus on service quality and employee experience
- Support organizational transformation initiatives through data preparation, reporting, and insight generation
- Coordinate employee relations case administration, including meeting scheduling, documentation, and action tracking while maintaining confidentiality
- Collaborate with HR shared services to ensure timely and accurate employee support and promote self-service and AI-enabled solutions
- Prepare executive presentations and support key HR processes such as talent reviews, performance calibrations, and engagement reviews
- Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations that translate HR data into actionable insights
- Identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities through HR analytics and workforce metrics
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure high standards of data integrity and confidentiality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR operations, HR generalist support, people analytics, reporting, or similar roles
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities (pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling)
- Experience creating presentations and data storytelling using PowerPoint; exposure to Power BI or Tableau is a plus
- Familiarity with HR metrics, compensation cycles, workforce planning, or performance management processes
- Basic knowledge of HR policies and employment practices; awareness of local labor laws is an advantage
- Experience working with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and handling sensitive employee data responsibly
- Exposure to dashboards, analytics tools, or technical skills such as Power BI, SQL, or Python is beneficial
- Experience working in multinational or matrix organizations preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain insights to non-technical audiences
- High integrity, discretion, and professionalism when managing confidential information
- Fluent English required; German language skills are a plus
