Junior Instructional Designer / Junior Learning Developer
Location: Leeds (Hybrid)
This is a hybrid role, and the successful candidate will be required to work in the Leeds office as needed.

In this role, you'll work alongside the instructional design team to support our mission of creating cutting-edge learning technology products. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise while contributing to solutions that drive impact within the Further Education sector and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- CPD/short course design and creation: Support the design and development of Continuing Professional Development programmes and short-format learning courses, working with guidance from senior team members.
- Curriculum review: Assist in reviewing and evaluating existing courses to identify areas for improvement and ensure content remains current.
- Ad-hoc support for the instructional design team: Provide flexible support across various projects as needed, gaining exposure to different aspects of instructional design and learning technology.
What we're looking for:
- A background in education, instructional design, e-learning/learning development, or demonstrated interest in the field with some relevant experience.
- Evidence of learning materials or projects that demonstrate your capabilities (multimedia elements are welcome).
- Some experience or familiarity with graphic design and creating learning materials.
- Knowledge of e-learning authoring and digital tools (e.g., Articulate, use of AI) or willingness to learn quickly.
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage tasks effectively with support.
- Enthusiasm for learning and innovation in educational technology.
- Strong communication skills and collaborative approach to working with team members.
- Eagerness to grow and develop within the instructional design field.
