We are seeking a motivated Junior Maintenance Engineer with a background in electrical, mechanical, or plumbing disciplines to join a dynamic team in a prestigious commercial building in the City of London .
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to grow their career in building services. You’ll work closely with a senior engineer and the wider on-site maintenance team , gaining hands-on experience and training in both planned and reactive maintenance across a range of building systems.

What you'll be doing:
\n Helping with day-to-day maintenance, checking systems, and making sure everything runs smoothly
\n
Supporting the team with repairs and scheduled maintenance and reactive works
\n
Learning on the job and developing your technical skills
\n
Making sure work is done safely and to a good standard
\n
What we’re looking for:
\n Any qualifications in electrics, plumbing or building services (e.g. NVQ, 18th Edition)
\n
Someone with an engineering or technical background
\n
You don’t need building maintenance experience – just a good work ethic, problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
\n
Comfortable using tools and working in a hands-on environment
\n
Friendly, reliable, and a good team player
\n
A driving licence would be useful, depending on the location
\n
