Junior Marketing - Full Training Provided

Compensation: £22,000 – £38,000 OTE

BasePoint runs face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition campaigns for major UK household brands - including EE, BT, and British Gas.

We're looking for junior talent who are hungry to learn, keen to develop, and ready to hit the ground running. You don't need a CV packed with experience - you need energy, people skills, and a genuine desire to build something for yourself.

The Role

This is an entry-level, field-based marketing position. You'll be working directly with customers on behalf of major UK brands, learning the fundamentals of marketing, communication, and sales from day one.

You'll be:

• Engaging with customers face-to-face in residential and event environments
• Representing trusted UK brands in a professional and confident manner
• Learning how live marketing campaigns are planned and delivered
• Tracking your own performance and working toward personal targets
• Building communication and people skills through real daily experience

Every day is active, people-focused, and different from the last.

Training

You'll receive full training from day one - no experience is needed to start.

Training covers:

• How to engage and communicate with customers effectively
• Brand representation and professional conduct in the field
• Campaign basics and performance tracking
• How to develop within the role and progress into leadership

We don't expect you to know everything on day one. We do expect you to show up, stay coachable, and put in the work.

Progression

Junior is just the starting point. BasePoint promotes entirely from within, and plenty of our current team leaders started in exactly this position.

As you develop, you'll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility, support newer team members, and progress into senior and leadership roles - all based on your performance, not your time served.
