We are working with a well established and growing mechanical contractor based here in London, who is currently seeking a Junior Mechanical Engineer to join their expanding team.

Operating across large-scale developments in and around London, they deliver high-quality mechanical building services installations for leading property developers. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to bring in an ambitious and driven junior engineer to support ongoing projects.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Mechanical Engineer to gain hands-on experience across all stages of project delivery within the residential sector. You will work closely with senior engineers and project managers, gaining exposure to both office-based and site-based activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Assisting with design coordination of mechanical services

* Supporting procurement of materials and plant equipment

* Reviewing drawings and technical specifications

* Attending site meetings and liaising with subcontractors

* Assisting with project documentation and reporting

* Supporting programme management and delivery

* Ensuring compliance with quality and health & safety standards

The Ideal Candidate

* Degree, HNC or HND in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Proactive, motivated and eager to develop within building services

* Competent with Microsoft Office (AutoCAD/Revit experience advantageous but not essential)
