Junior Mechanical Estimator Southampton Area £35,000 £45,000 + Training + Career Progression This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Junior Mechanical Estimator to join a respected M&E Building Services contractor delivering projects from £100k to £5m. The business delivers mechanical and electrical building services projects across commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, leisure, and public and private sector environments. Pre-construction is a key function within the organisation, and they are now looking to invest in the next generation of estimating talent through structured training and long-term development. The Opportunity This role is designed to support the Pre-Construction Director and estimating team, with a clear development pathway into a fully-fledged Mechanical Estimator over time. The position would suit either: A Junior Mechanical Estimator with 12 years experience An Assistant Estimator seeking greater responsibility Or a mechanically qualified engineer currently working on the tools who is looking to transition into an office-based estimating role Full training and mentorship will be provided.
