We’re partnering with a fast-growing health & wellness brand portfolio that has scaled from c.£2m to c.£7m turnover in the last 12 months alone, with a clear plan to reach £50m over the next five years.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to join a business at the right stage of growth — one where you won’t just support the journey, but play a visible part in it. The business is looking to invest heavily in the development of this hire, with the aim of building long-term capability across the commercial function as the portfolio continues to expand.
The Opportunity
This role would suit someone who already has experience managing or supporting retail accounts and is now looking for a business where they can take on more ownership, accelerate their development, and progress properly.
You’ll work closely with senior commercial leadership and gain exposure to a broad mix of customers, strategy, and brand growth initiatives in a business where things are moving quickly.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and manage relationships across a range of retail accounts, including grocers, high street and discounter channels
* Help deliver joint business plans, promotional activity and commercial proposals
* Analyse sales performance, customer data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
* Support new product launches, activations and wider commercial initiatives across the portfolio
* Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to drive account performance
* Build strong customer relationships and contribute to long-term account development
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in an NAE, Account Executive or Junior NAM position
* Exposure to managing or supporting retailers / grocers / high street / discounter accounts
* Background within a relevant FMCG, health & wellness, consumer healthcare, personal care or adjacent branded category
* Commercially astute, numerate and confident working with data and account performance
* Ambitious and keen to develop within a fast-growth environment
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build credibility internally and externally
