The Opportunity
This is a Junior Operations Manager role at entry level , designed for someone at the start of their management journey.
You’ll be based on-site in Birmingham Mailbox , working closely with senior leadership and gaining hands-on exposure from day one. This isn’t a theoretical role — you’ll be involved in the day-to-day running of sales activity, campaigns, and team performance, learning how operations and results connect.
You’ll build an understanding of how teams are structured, how campaigns are managed, and how performance is measured and improved over time.
What You’ll Be Doing
During your training and development phase, you’ll gain exposure across core operational and commercial areas, including:
Supporting the day-to-day operations of sales and campaign activity
Assisting with the coordination and delivery of customer-facing campaigns
Learning how KPIs are tracked, reviewed, and used to improve performance
Supporting sales team organisation, scheduling, and activity planning
Working alongside senior team members to understand leadership decisions and commercial priorities
Gaining hands-on experience in coaching, feedback, and team development
Supporting reporting, compliance, and operational standards
Progression & Development
Managing sections of campaigns and daily performance targets
Supporting the development and motivation of sales team members
Monitoring KPIs and contributing to performance reviews
Taking increased ownership of operational standards and results
