Office-Based (Hybrid up to 2 days/week after probation) Our client is looking for a Junior Paraplanner to join a friendly, fast-paced wealth management firm near Colchester. You’ll support Advisers with technical tasks, suitability reports, and financial planning solutions—primarily in investments and pensions.SJP experience is highly desirable, and we’re especially keen to speak with candidates from within the SJP network. Responsibilities: Prepare CFRs, advice sets, and suitability reportsBuild financial planning solutions (new money, drawdown, etc.)Perform technical calculations (carry forward, IHT, CGT - preferred)Manage LOAs, ensure complete client files, liaise with advisersSupport with workflow management and external paraplanning cases Requirements: 2+ years’ experience with SJPParaplanning or technical admin experience in wealth managementLevel 4 Diploma (or working towards it)Comfortable with annuity illustrations & ceding checksStrong attention to detail, numeracy, and organisationFamiliarity with tools like Analytics/Voyant (preferred)I am eager to hear from talented individuals ready to grow, if you meet the criteria—or are close and eager to learn—please get in touch.
