Employees are encouraged to grow professionally while contributing to a purpose-driven organisation that values integrity, respect, and long-term client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation of client review packs for meetingsSupport the drafting of client reports and recommendation lettersPrepare advice documentation, including application and nomination formsSubmit Requests for Information (RFIs) to providersProcess policy amendments and new business applications on internal systemsConduct research using a range of financial planning toolsSubmit new business and maintain accurate client recordsProvide general support to the technical/paraplanning teamWhat Were Looking For:Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above)Strong attention to detail and organisational skillsGood written and verbal communication skillsA genuine interest in financial planning and developing a career as a ParaplannerAbility to work effectively within a team and manage workload efficientlyDesirable Skills:Previous experience in financial services or an administrative roleAwareness of financial planning processes and productsProgress towards or interest in achieving the Diploma in Regulated Financial PlanningTraining & Development:Full support to achieve the Level 4 Paraplanner Apprenticeship StandardFunded Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS), including:R01 Financial Services Regulation and EthicsR02 Investment Principles and RiskR03 Personal TaxationR04 Pensions and Retirement PlanningR05 Financial ProtectionR06 Financial Planning PracticeAccess to workshops, recorded sessions, and learning resourcesOngoing support from experienced financial services professionalsCII membership (where applicable)How to Apply:Interested?
