Being a People Partner at Privalgo At Privalgo, we are seeking an ambitious, authentic, forward-thinking, and passionate People Business Partner who is ready to make a significant impact. We need someone who can hit the ground running to deliver both strategic and day-to-day support to a designated group of stakeholders while embodying our principles, ambition, accountability & impact.
Working closely with the Director of People & Culture, you will help support the design and delivery of a variety of People initiatives that align with our business objectives and deliver impactful and meaningful results. Your accountability will shine through as you take ownership of your actions and decisions, demonstrating integrity and reliability in all aspects of your work.
You will be commercially minded with the ability to make decisions based on what is right for Privalgo, whilst also keeping employees at the heart and centre of everything that you do. You will be key in embedding a coaching culture, supporting and empowering our leaders with their own teams to help foster an environment of curiosity, learning and growth.
You’ll be a planner and a doer, with the hunger to help deliver the ambitious growth we seek. You’ll be a hard-working team player who knows how to have fun along the way.
