Junior Product Engineer
We are seeking a motivated Junior Product Engineer eager to grow within the electrical and electronic manufacturing industry. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers, gaining hands-on exposure to all stages of product development—from initial design concepts to full production launch.
You will assist in creating and refining products, ensuring they meet quality and performance expectations, while also learning industry best practices and developing your technical expertise. Key Responsibilities
Assist in designing new products and implementing engineering changes.
Work with senior engineers on development projects, from concept to production.
Support prototype design, testing, and validation.
Participate in design reviews and contribute feedback.
Prepare documentation for product specifications, testing, and performance.
Help troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to support efficient production.
Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Some experience in product development within electrical/electronic manufacturing .
Proficiency with CAD tools (SolidWorks) for product design.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes (molding, automated assembly).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
Familiarity with PDM systems and document management is an advantage.
