Junior Product Manager – Homecare (Portable Oxygen Concentrators)
Location: Haydock, UK (Hybrid) / European Union / Chennai, India

GCE is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Junior Product Manager to support the growth and development of our Homecare product range, including Portable Oxygen Concentrators (POCs) and connected technologies like “Clarity”. This is an excellent opportunity to join a global company and work cross-functionally to bring innovative healthcare solutions to market.
Please note: up to 25% travel is required (internationally)
Product Development & Lifecycle
Support strategies and roadmap execution for POCs and connected devices
Manage product updates, phase-outs, and catalogue
Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, and suppliers to meet market and compliance needs
Prepare business cases for new products or changes
Market & Competitive Insight
Research market trends, customer needs, and competitors
Analyze data and feedback to inform product positioning
Understand product features and market differentiators
Marketing & Sales Support
Assist in marketing content, product presentations, and training
Contribute to digital campaigns and regional sales support
Attend trade shows and customer visits
Compliance & Documentation
Support regulatory documentation and compliance tracking
Ensure readiness for new market entry
Cross-functional Collaboration
Liaise across departments to support product initiatives
Track progress and help deliver key project milestones
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business or related field (advanced degree is a plus)
1–2 years’ experience in product management or a related role (medical devices or healthcare industry experience is an advantage)
Familiarity with portable oxygen concentrators or telehealth technologies is a plus
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (ERP system experience is a bonus)
Passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes
