You'll collaborate closely with developers, testers, and a variety of business stakeholders to refine the backlog, support agile delivery processes, and ensure smooth releases of new features, integration, and improvements into the live environment.This is a hands-on role that includes clarifying user stories, supporting ERP change requests, and assisting with the resolution of production issues that impact day-to-day supply chain operations.
