Job Description
Junior Project Manager
Leeds | Hybrid (2-3 days onsite) | £35,000 - £45,000
My client is a rapidly scaling ecommerce business that achieved over 50% revenue growth last year and is continuing to invest in platform, operational and systems transformation following a major expansion phase.
They are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of cross-functional change initiatives across technology, ecommerce and operations.
The role
You'll bring structure, pace and governance across multiple concurrent initiatives and play a key part in their key transformation projects.
Key responsibilities
Deliver projects across technology, ecommerce and operational teams Maintain clear project documentation, plans and timelines Track risks, dependencies and milestones Coordinate stakeholders across functional and technical teams Support testing, rollout and change adoption
What they’re looking for
Experience delivering technology or operational change projects Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills Comfortable in fast-moving retail or ecommerce environments Exposure to transformation or scaling programmes
