Our customer base includes leading drone organisations who trust in our expertise.OverviewPosition: Junior Project ManagerPlease note: this position will require up to 5 days per week to work from our office site in London.Responsibilities and TasksAs a Junior Project Manager at Murzilli Consulting, based in London, you will play a key role in assisting our consulting business unit with project management and process implementation activities, ensuring successful execution and timely delivery of our services. This includes:Assisting in the management of industry or governmental projects.Coordinating and tracking of project status, milestones and deliverables with all stakeholders in a defined communication structure.Supporting clients onsite (up to 30%) and offsite ensuring client needs are communicated and coordinated within the project.Contributing to stakeholder assessments and stakeholder management activities.Preparation, coordination, roll-out and reporting of projects.Supporting the internal definition and implementation of processes, procedures and best practices.Helping maintain our internal knowledge management database.Oversight of lessons learned and internal improvement activitiesSupporting internal process compliance and quality assurance.Experience and QualificationsTo excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, aerospace, mobility or equivalentMinimum 1-3 years of experience in project managementProject certification is a plus (e.g., Prince2 or equivalent)Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required, native or full professional proficiency preferred.
