The company designs, manufactures, transports and installs bespoke interior fit-out products, from bespoke joinery to acoustic drywall, glass partitions, washrooms and suspended ceilings, with a focus on quality, creativity and reliable delivery.

Position Summary
As a Graduate Project Manager, you will support the delivery of interior fit-out projects from inception through to completion. You will work alongside experienced Project Managers and cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate and manage contract delivery, ensuring programmes are executed safely, efficiently, to specification, on time and within budget.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a degree in Construction Project Management to begin a career in project leadership within the interior fit-out and construction sector.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in planning, organising and managing project activities across the lifecycle of fit-out projects.
• Support senior project managers in monitoring quality, cost, programme and risk.
• Coordinate with designers, workshop teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Prepare project documentation including schedules, site reports, risk registers, RFI logs and client correspondence.
• Attend site meetings and assist with progress updates, snagging and handovers.
• Help ensure client expectations for high-end finishes and tailored interior solutions are met or exceeded.

Qualifications & Experience
• Degree in Construction Project Management
• Minimum of 3 A-Levels
• GCSEs in Maths, English, and Science (Grades 5–9)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive problem-solver with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with project management software is desirable.
