Overview
Our client is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join their growing engineering team based in Romsey. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and proactive individual who is looking to develop their career, with clear progression into a full Project Manager role over time.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with project planning and coordination
Ordering parts and materials for projects
Checking and inspecting parts to ensure quality and compliance
Client liaison , providing updates and maintaining strong relationships
Supporting the progression into financial management of projects
Producing weekly and monthly project reports
Occasional overseas travel as required

Candidate Requirements
1-2 years' experience within an engineering company in a Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager role
A proactive, driven, and organised individual with a strong desire to progress
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
