Are you obsessed with timelines, checklists, and making things happen? Do you thrive on seeing a concept turn into a fully operating, buzzing café or store? If yes you might just be our next Junior Pre-Openings Manager .
In this role, youll be the operational glue holding our pre-opening projects together. From HR to IT to Marketing, youll ensure all departments and external partners are aligned, connected, and on track.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of launching new EL&N cafés and concept stores worldwide , working behind the scenes to bring our signature pink magic to life.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure milestones are completed on schedule.
Liaise with internal departments (HR, Operations, IT, Marketing) and external suppliers/partners to ensure smooth coordination.
Oversee logistics and supplier management to guarantee all items are delivered and ready on site.
Proactively identify long-lead items and potential bottlenecks, addressing them before they become issues.
Maintain and update pre-opening templates, checklists, and process documentation.
Support problem-solving and contribute ideas for continuous improvement in pre-opening processes.
Build positive team spirit and maintain strong working relationships across all functions.
Represent the EL&N brand professionally during site visits and fieldwork.
About You
Youll thrive in this role if you:
Bring 23 years of experience in project coordination, hospitality operations, or another fast-paced environment.
Have exceptional organisational skills (colour-coded spreadsheets, project tools, sticky notes you name it!).
Communicate effectively across multiple channels ( Teams, email, meetings).
Enjoy multitasking and can adapt quickly to evolving projects.
Are flexible and willing to travel for pre-opening projects.
Are a true people person who loves collaboration and teamwork.
