Junior Quality Officer - Slough - Medical Devices
We are currently recruiting for a Junior Quality Officer to join a growing medical device manufacturer based in Slough. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within quality assurance, working closely with an experienced quality team in a highly regulated industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the administration and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS)
Assist with design changes and change control processes
Contribute to compliance activities and audit readiness
Provide quality assurance support across the wider business
Skills & Experience Required:
Knowledge of Quality Assurance principles
Awareness of quality investigation tools such as Five Whys, Fishbone (Ishikawa), Pareto, and FMEA
Understanding of CAPAs (Corrective and Preventative Actions)
Strong communication skills with the ability to support QA across different teams
