This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing modular main contractor delivering turnkey education projects across Ireland and expanding into the UK. With a strong turnover and multiple long-term frameworks secured, the business is entering an exciting growth phase and strengthening its commercial team.
Working within a close-knit commercial team, you will manage live projects from tender through to final account. You will be involved in subcontractor procurement, tender evaluations, payment applications, variations and ongoing commercial administration across multiple projects. The role offers real responsibility early on, with direct support from senior leadership in an open and collaborative office environment.
With clear succession planning in place, this position offers progression into a future Lead QS role as the team expands. The company provides structured training, daily collaboration and hands on learning, creating both job security and genuine career development.
The ideal candidate will have a Quantity Surveying degree, Construction experience and the confidence to attend site and liaise with clients. Modular experience is not required, and full training will be provided.

The Role:
Managing live projects from tender to final account Preparing and issuing subcontractor packages Obtaining and evaluating quotations Appointing and commercially managing subcontractors Processing payment applications and variations Attending site visits once a fortnightThe Person:
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying Minimum 2 years construction experience Main contractor experience desirable Confident on site and client facing Strong commercial awareness and organisation Ambitious and motivated to progress into a Lead role
