Support cost planning, budgeting, and financial tracking across multiple projects Assist with preparing estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation Carry out take-offs and measurements using CostX Work with site teams to monitor progress, variations, and cost impacts Contribute to valuations, interim applications, and final accounts Attend site visits to gather data and support delivery on active projects What we’re looking for in a Trainee/Junior Quantity Surveyor
Previous experience or exposure to estimating and take-offs Understanding of commercial processes within construction or fit out Strong numerical and analytical capability with attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Familiarity with CostX, ConQuest, or similar software is advantageous If you’re ready to build a career and want to learn quickly in a high-impact environment, this Trainee/Junior Quantity Surveyor is the role for you!
