The Role As Junior Sous Chef , youll work alongside a skilled brigade, supporting the Senior Sous and Executive Head Chef in delivering high-quality cuisine for the restaurant, bar, events, and private dining. Youll bring creativity to the table, contribute to menu development, and act as a mentor and leader to junior team members during busy services. Key Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day kitchen operations, maintaining high culinary standards Support and lead the team during service, ensuring smooth and efficient execution Help design seasonal menus using the finest local ingredients Foster a positive team environment with strong communication and leadership Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health standards at all times Ideal Candidate Experience working to 2 or 3 AA Rosette standard Already operating as a Junior Sous Chef or ready to take the next step up Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Calm and focused under pressure, with a passion for fresh, quality food Experience in a 4* or 5* hotel kitchen is highly desirable Holds a valid Food & Hygiene Certificate (issued within the last 3 years) Why Apply?
