WHAT YOU'LL NEED
2 years + experience in a similar role or as Senior CDP in a high quality kitchen
Willingness for progression to the next step within back-of-house operation
Confident in all kitchen sections overseeing products quality and their adherence to standards
Passion for staff training and development
Familiar with ordering and stock control
Knowledge of FS and HS regulations and of most common HR practices
