- Full time permanent position, 48 hours a week - Salary from £38,000 per annum, depending on experience - An additional share of the service charge and tips paid every month (about 3.5k annually) - You will be responsible for preparation and service, supporting the Head and Sous Chefs - Ensuring high level of food quality and preparation - Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention for detail - Assisting with the development of menus - Ability to work unsupervised and using own initiative - Support and assist with managing team members - Strictly follow all food safety and health & safety procedures
