My client, a stunning boutique hotel in Newmarket, is currently looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join their team. The restaurant holds 2 AA Rosettes and enjoys a great reputation for both the quality of its food and warm hospitality. The menu changes seasonally and they use locally sourced ingredients. The successful candidate will have experience at Rosette level as well as a positive and enthusiastic personality. Salary for the Junior Sous Chef is £35,100 plus tips.
